The Workmatters Conference was incredible. We spend so much of our lives at work, yet rarely take time to learn how to intentionally integrate our faith into our work and our relationships. The sessions were practical, applicable, and filled with insights that can make a real difference in our lives and in the lives of those around us. Grateful for the opportunity to learn from so many great leaders.

This conference is an incredible gift to all workers and tasks of all sorts--from corporate contexts to physical tasks and to the labor we invest in our communities and homes. When we don't know if it is worth caring about, our lives feel hollow and our work feels worthless. When we are part of a bigger conversation about who we are, what we are doing, and why it matters, both our work and our rest can feel purposeful and hopeful. The Work Matters Conference provides an invitation or refreshing in that deeper, more vibrant way of living, and it genuinely changes our days, lives, workplaces, and world.

Equal parts inspiring and practical. The Workmatters conference gave me a fresh perspective on purpose-driven work. The sessions were practical, the speakers were honest about their own journeys, and it left me with a renewed sense of why the work I do matters. I came back to my team inspired and ready to lead differently. Highly recommend to any creative.
